Featured in GOOP and Sunset Magazine, Cori is a registered yoga instructor and has taught yoga for 22-years. She created Vineyard Yoga eight years ago as a way to bring people into nature and enjoy the bounty of the beautiful Santa Ynez Valley in Central California.
A 200-hour registered yoga instructor trained in Interdisciplinary Yoga, Cori is also a meditation teacher and weaves mindfulness into each yoga class. Cori has written for Mantra Magazine, Elephant Journal, Santa Barbara News Press, Santa Ynez Star, and more.
